Red rooster pork belly lollipops


Do you also love small bites from bbq? That's great. Then you will get your money's worth with this recipe. You can make these pork belly lollipops very easily and quickly. Really an eye catcher and you can also vary nicely in terms of size.


Ingredients:

  • Pork belly

  • Satay sticks

  • Dry rub Red Grid

  • Your favorite bbq sauce

  • Your bbq grill beast



Let's get to work:


  1. Heat the BBQ half indirectly to approximately 175 degrees

  2. Cut the pork belly into 1 cm thick long strips

  3. Prick a skewer through the rolled meat

  4. Rub the lollipops with Red Rooster

  5. Cook the lollipops indirectly for about 30 min

  6. Then grill the lollipops briefly around and around direct about the charcoal

  7. Lubricate the lollipops with BBQ sauce and leave for about 10 minutes indirectly
